I’ve spent over twenty years in this industry. Because I know the ground-level reality, I can see exactly where the waste is—and where technology can make a real difference. We know the industry’s pressure points that outside IT companies simply can’t see.
That said, technology isn’t a cure-all. You can’t judge a property without visiting it yourself. You can’t understand what a client truly needs without sitting down and listening. No amount of technological progress will change that.
That’s why MM Asset Partners brings real estate professionals and IT professionals together under one roof. Not as generalists who dabble in both—but as specialists who’ve fought hard in their respective fields, now facing the same direction. That’s our strength.

There are still many inefficiencies in real estate transactions. Information asymmetry, complicated procedures, and personalized sales styles are prevalent. We aim to introduce technology to tackle these challenges and create an environment where clients can conduct transactions with greater peace of mind.
At the same time, technology is a means, not an end. Ultimately, what matters is the trust between people. We strive to maintain a balance, avoiding over-reliance on technology while not clinging to outdated methods.

Team
Our team consists of veterans well-versed in real estate practices and engineers and consultants with experience in major foreign IT firms. We bring together members with diverse backgrounds.
Because everyone is aligned towards the common goal of 'solving client challenges,' we can collaborate across departmental and specialty boundaries. This is a defining characteristic of our team.
Our Overseas Network
Our overseas sales business wasn't spun up overnight. It grew out of years of work that our founder and several of our team spent building relationships with business owners and investors across Southeast Asia — the network you see today is the result of that slow accumulation.
Family offices in Singapore, corporate owners in Malaysia, private investors in Taiwan, private banking contacts in Hong Kong. Because these relationships have faces attached, most of our deals come through introductions rather than cold outreach.
For overseas HNW individuals, Japanese property is attractive but hard to act on from a distance. Closing that distance is the role we play in our overseas sales business.
